Dear Polish Americans:

Our organization wants to help celebrate the canonization of Pope John Paul II. Please consider these events. Our foundation is organizing on Saturday April 26, 2014a bus tour to various parishes which have statues and displays featuring St John Paul.  A bus will load up at Holy Trinity church, 1118 N Noble Street Chicago, IL 60642 at 9 AM. From there the bus will go to St Blasé church in Summit, IL to worship at the relics of St John Paul. At about 9:45, the bus will then commence for the following trip: Resurrection Cemetery, Cistercian Fathers Of the Our Lady Mother Of The Church, Willow Springs, St Cyril’s Lemont, 5 Holy Martyrs Chicago, St Hyacinths, and St Helens Chicago. We will finish at the Polish Museum of America to view their display. The cost of this bus trip is $30 and reservations can be made via email to info@tatrafoundation.org or by calling 708 728 0464

Later that same day, the Foundation will be organizing a procession/ parade with the Cistercian Fathers from the city hallof WillowSprings Saturday night April 26, 2014from 6 PMto 8 PMto the Cistercian Fathers Of the Our Lady Mother Of The Church, 116 Hilton Street, Willow Springs. At 8 PM there will be an artistic program and wreath laying at the base of the statute to St John Paul II. At 10 PM, we shall move indoors to the church for continuation of the artistic program, and devotional prayers.  At 3 AM Sunday April 27, 2014, we shall start a live transmission of the Holy Mass of Canonization from Rome finishing off with a sunrise mass at 6 AM Sunday morning.
